Ask: What shops can you see in the street? Elicit the names
of some types of shops, e.g. clothes shop, shoe shop,
jewellers, newsagents, cake shop, café, and so on. Write
their suggestions on the board. Ask: Do you have a street
like this here? Do you have a favourite shop? Do you like to
go to streets like this or to shopping centres? What do you
usually shop for? Do you shop with your family or friends?
